First-time access to your yearbook project
When your yearbook project is created by your publishing company, the primary account holder will receive a welcome email. This email includes a Set Account Password link to complete your account login and set up other important info related to your book.

Troubleshooting the Welcome Email
Didn't receive your welcome email? Contact your yearbook company to make sure there wasn't a typo in the email used to set up your account.
Did your email go to your Spam/Junk folder? Ask your IT Professional to ensure that *@yearbooks.me. has been added to your network whitelist so you don't miss any important. Note that network filters may have blocked it from reaching your email account entirely. Additional details may be found here.
A note about Child Online Privacy Information:
Memento Yearbooks ensures full compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If your school is located within the USA, it is necessary to acknowledge this by checking the COPPA checkbox during the setup. By finalizing the Yearbook Account Setup, you also express your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Logging into your yearbook
All users must have their own login to access a Memento Yearbook account. The primary adviser/editor-in-chief will be set up with a login by their yearbook company. Other users are set up directly in Memento by the adviser/editor-in-chief or the yearbook company. The person who sets up your account must provide you with your login info.
When you have a School ID, a Username and a Password, do the following to access your project:
1. Visit https://books.yearbooks.me/.
2. Type the School ID.

2. Choose the project year/name. If your school has more than one active project, you will see multiple projects listed, but you will only be able to access those where you have been assigned a user account.

What is my School ID?
The primary adviser/editor-in-chief is usually provided with the School ID via their welcome email.
The advisor/Editor-in-Chief should provide the School ID to other team members as well as their username and password. If your yearbook company is managing your project, please contact them directly for access.
